
Joshua Dunegan
Joshua’s primary practice is estate planning for all levels of wealth, including issues of family wealth transfer and planning for minor children. He assists individuals through representation in estate and trust administrations upon the passing of loved ones.
In addition, Joshua represents business owners in a variety of manners, including forming businesses, drafting operating and shareholders' agreements, and buying and selling businesses.
When he’s not practicing law, Joshua enjoys playing golf, cheering on local sports teams with his family, and listening to classic country.
